Description

Part of a collection of eight contrasting pieces entitled "Shades of Brass" that continues the Superbrass series of 3 part flexi resources for Junior Bands.

This resource builds on the foundations established and musically showcased in the starter resource – 5 & In !.

"Shades of Brass" includes parts for all brass instruments and is designed in such a way that the parts can be combined together to form a wholesome sounding, harmonically complete band for 3 to 30 (or more) brass players plus an optional drummer.

Out of the Blue - A piece of Calypso music full of sunshine.

Definitely music for the beach.

“Under the Spell of Spain is a showcase of virtuosic playing by some of London’s finest brass and percussion players. Highly recommended!”

Jon Gorrie
Founder, BrassMusician.com

“The end result, is a resounding success. This is not a commercial CD, this is education, passion and self belief written in the sleeve notes”

Richard Walker
British Trombone Society

“Every now and again a recording that is both truly outstanding and will have great appeal to brass band listeners appears on the shelves. We are delighted to make it the first recipient of our CD of the Year Editors Award.”

Kenneth Crookston
British Bandsman

It is scintillatingly good. Superbrass more than live up to their name.”
